Climate Leaders Program Announces Fall Symposium

Oct. 10-11, 2022 I Hunt Library, NC State Centennial Campus

RALEIGH, N.C.— The Climate Leaders Program, an initiative of the Kenan Institute for Engineering, Technology & Science at N.C. State University, has announced its inaugural Fall Symposium on Oct. 10-11, 2022 at the Hunt Library.

The symposium’s theme is “Think and Do: Climate Challenges and Solutions” and will highlight the significant contributions that NC State, the Climate Leaders Program scholars and mentors, and leading experts are making on climate change.

The day-and-a-half event will feature sessions on climate science, socioeconomics and policy, ecosystem responses, and more. There will be opportunities for networking and to participate in a showcase and a poster session.

Registration is open to anyone who is interested in learning more about the latest research and innovation addressing climate challenges and seeking viable solutions.
