North Carolina Sea Grant is accepting applications for the 2019 Dean John A. Knauss Marine Policy Fellowship, offered by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s National Sea Grant Office. The program places graduate students in Washington, D.C., to work on federal policies and processes affecting ocean, coastal and Great Lakes issues. The dates of the fellowship are Feb. 1, 2019 to Feb. 28, 2020.
